The EB-11 is an optimum performance, medium power 1:1 “Collins” style co-axial balun.
It is potted with a UV resistant epoxy to make it durable and keep out the elements. It also helps make it bird proof.
The joins and connector are also sealed with glue lined heatshrink, to stop any water ingress.
It is primarily designed to be used on beams, but can be utilised in other situations where the TB-11 is not suitable, and a 1:1 balun is needed.
