When you shop online with Comtek Radio, you can also help support the amateur radio club or national organisation of your choice — at no additional cost to you.
How the Club Cashback Program Works
Comtek Radio will contribute 1% of the value of eligible online purchases made by registered customers to the club or organisation they nominate in their Comtek Radio account.
When you create an account in the Comtek Radio online shop, you can select your preferred club or organisation using the Club Nomination field in your account settings.
Your nomination can include a participating amateur radio club or national organisation, including the Wireless Institute of Australia (WIA) and Radio Amateur Society of Australia (RASA).
At the end of each financial year, we total the eligible purchases made by customers who have nominated each organisation. Comtek Radio then provides that organisation with a single store voucher equal to 1% of the combined transaction value.
An Example
If customers who have nominated your club make a combined $20,000 in eligible online purchases during the financial year, Comtek Radio will provide the club with a:
$200 Comtek Radio voucher
The more members who nominate their club — and the more they shop with Comtek Radio — the greater the benefit to the club.
Already Have a Comtek Radio Account?
If you haven't nominated a club yet, simply:

Log in to your Comtek Radio account.

Go to your account settings.

Find the Club Nomination field.

Select the club or organisation you would like to support.

Save your changes.
You can change your nomination at any time.
However, Comtek Radio records the nominated organisation once each year when we calculate the annual vouchers. The organisation nominated in your account at that time will receive the benefit attributable to your eligible purchases for that financial year.
2026–27 Club Cashback
For the first annual calculation, Comtek Radio will review eligible online transactions made between:
1 July 2026 and 30 June 2027
We will calculate the amount attributable to each nominated club or organisation and issue the resulting Comtek Radio vouchers during July 2027.
What Purchases Are Included?
The Club Cashback Program applies to purchases made through the Comtek Radio online shop by registered account holders.
Purchases made at hamfests and other events are not included in the Club Cashback calculation.
We support host clubs at hamfests separately. Comtek Radio attends amateur radio events around Australia whenever practical and normally provides a $150 Comtek Radio voucher to each club that invites us to participate in its event.
