Change of Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change of mind purchases at our discretion, provided that:

Opened, used, programmed, installed, or damaged products cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, ComTek Radio will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Warranty

If a warranty repair or replacement is required during the applicable warranty period, ComTek Radio will cover shipping costs associated with the warranty process within Australia.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
