Shipping Policy
We generally only accept orders for products that are in stock and ready for dispatch.
Orders are normally processed on the next business day, however during periods of high demand processing may take up to 2 business days.
Shipping is available throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania, with free shipping on orders over $50 Australia-wide. Orders under $50 incur a flat $20 shipping fee. International orders, including New Zealand, may be available by prior arrangement.
Shipping to a PO Box will mean shipping by Australia Post as Couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. Addresses not served by our couriers may also be sent by Australia Post. In these cases, your shipment will be shipped on Fridays. Our preference is to ship via a courier to a physical address which will leave on the day of order or day after as stated above. If this creates an issue, please call us to discuss further.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on carrier networks and your location.
